Cashiers
Our Garden Store Cashiers are key to providing world-class customer service here at Molbak’s. They do a great job of checking customers out in a friendly, efficient and accurate manner, all the while showing a high degree of care and regard for their purchases. This is a fast paced, on-your-feet-all-day kind of a job, which also requires the ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 30 lbs. Last impressions last a lifetime, and our Cashiers do a great job of making sure customers leave completely satisfied with their experience and their purchases.
Status: Part-Time, including weekend and evening shifts

Customer Support
The Customer Support crew primarily provides carry-out and other assistance to customers. They also make sure shopping carts are regularly rounded up and in the right places, that cashier and cart areas are well supplied with boxes, that the parking lot and grounds are picked up, and that opening and closing duties are performed in a timely manner. Great service to both external and internal customers is key in this role, as is the ability to be flexible and responsive by helping out in all departments as directed.
Status: Part-Time, including weekend and evening shifts

Driver’s Assistant
At Molbak’s we work hard to deliver outstanding service, and that includes or Deliveries Department! During the busy holiday season our trucks are on the road 6 days a week with everything form poinsettias and trees to statuary and large containers. The Driver’s Assistant helps keep Deliveries on track by assisting with map reading, answering and returning phone calls on the road, and helping to load and unload freight. The ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs and to read road maps such as those found in a Thomas Guide are among the requirements.
Status: Full-Time, Tuesday through Saturday. Some overtime may be required.

Green Team
The Plants Division Green Team staff is responsible for supporting the Nursery and other Plants Departments by receiving, stocking and maintaining plant products, in particular this time of year live and cut trees and other holiday green goods. It is truly one of the most “can-do” teams at Molbak’s, and is great for people who love working outdoors in all seasons. This physically demanding job also requires the ability to repeatedly lift and move objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
Status: Part-Time, including weekend and evening shifts.

Holiday Hospitality
The Holidays are special at here Molbak’s – if for no other reason than the Kringle pastry we serve and sell to our customers! Our Hospitality Team offers complimentary coffee and Kringle, a unique pastry from Seattle’s own Larsen Brothers Bakery, as well as boxes of Kringle for sale. This an active job, cutting pastry, making coffee, stocking product, plus serving and interacting with customers. It is a wonderful opportunity to be part of the magic at Molbak’s during the holiday season.

Home & Gift Sales Associates
Our Home & Gift Sales Associates excel at delighting our customers. They work hard to help find the perfect gift, select unique home accessories, and choose Christmas and other holiday treasures. In this job, our Sales Associates also cashier, plus they work hard to keep the department well stocked and merchandised, making sure it is clean and presentable at all times. It’s one of those “on your feet all day” jobs, and very fast paced. This is a great job for someone with great “people skills” who looks forward to being part of the action during our busiest holidays times, including the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas
Status: Full and Part-Time, including weekend and evening shifts

Plants Customer Service
This is a multi-tasker’s dream job, which involves delivering top-notch customer service while maintaining and merchandising the best selection of plants, particularly Poinsettias this time of year. From receiving, pricing and stocking plants, to providing general maintenance and care to keep them looking their best, this customer service role is key in driving sales and customer satisfaction. A sound horticultural background and previous customer service experience is preferred, but a great work ethic and love of plants are what really matter!
Status: Full and Part-Time positions, including weekend and evening shifts

Plant Wrap Team
If you enjoy interacting with customers, working with plants, and have a knack for tying bows, the Plant Wrap Team could be a great holiday job for you. Plant Wrap is responsible for providing fabulous foil and bow wrapping for our customer’s purchases. Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred, but energy and enthusiasm are key in this fast-paced position.

Statuary & Containers Sales Associate
Our Statuary and Containers Department specializes in providing fabulous and distinctive products for the garden, including water features, bronze sculptures, trellises, large pots and many other great accessories. The Statuary & Containers Sales Associate works with our customers to achieve the unique look they want for their outdoor spaces, and merchandises related products across all retail departments.
Status: Part-time, including weekend and evening shifts.
