Cashiers
Our Garden Store Cashiers are key to providing world-class customer service here at Molbak’s. Customer Support
The Customer Support crew primarily provides carry-out and other assistance to customers. Driver’s Assistant
At Molbak’s we work hard to deliver outstanding service, and that includes or Deliveries Department! During the busy holiday season our trucks are on the road 6 days a week with everything form poinsettias and trees to statuary and large containers. The Driver’s Assistant helps keep Deliveries on track by assisting with map reading, answering and returning phone calls on the road, and helping to load and unload freight. The ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs and to read road maps such as those found in a Thomas Guide are among the requirements.
Status: Full-Time, Tuesday through Saturday. Some overtime may be required.

Green Team
The Plants Division Green Team staff is responsible for supporting the Nursery and other Plants Departments by receiving, stocking and maintaining plant products, in particular this time of year live and cut trees and other holiday green goods. It is truly one of the most “can-do” teams at Molbak’s, and is great for people who love working outdoors in all seasons. This physically demanding job also requires the ability to repeatedly lift and move objects weighing up to 70 pounds.

It’s one of those “on your feet all day” jobs, and very fast paced. Plants Customer Service
This is a multi-tasker’s dream job, which involves delivering top-notch customer service while maintaining and merchandising the best selection of plants, particularly Poinsettias this time of year. From receiving, pricing and stocking plants, to providing general maintenance and care to keep them looking their best, this customer service role is key in driving sales and customer satisfaction. A sound horticultural background and previous customer service experience is preferred, but a great work ethic and love of plants are what really matter!

If you enjoy interacting with customers, working with plants, and have a knack for tying bows, the Plant Wrap Team could be a great holiday job for you. - overseeing all aspects of growing container plants on 25 acres
- managing of up to 4 section growers
- constant monitoring of crops; including pest and disease control, plant nutrition, effective use of greenhouse space, and maintenance.

- irrigation of Nursery crops (use of modern, automated equipment)
- oversee crews to prune, space, weed and the application of fertilizers and herbicides.

Job requires ability to communicate at all levels with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, ideally intermediate or better fluency in spoken and written Spanish/English. POSITION PROFILE
There is currently one Forest Crew Supervisor 2 position open in the Arcadia District of Northeast Region. Responsibilities include working closely with and assisting the Fire Suppression Forester in the delivery of the Arcadia Suppression Program as the lead worker supervising, training and documenting activities for (6) NRW-2 Engine Leaders and (12) Fire Fighters. Assigned duties include assistance in the issuance of burning permits, fire investigation origin and cause determination, maintaining district fire equipment and in providing fire training to district personnel and other cooperators. In addition helps other programs in the district as assigned including, but not limited to, State Lands.The Arcadia District Fire Staff consists of four permanent full-time employees and up to 37 seasonal staff who consist of 11 engines and 4 fire wardens. The Arcadia District is responsible for wild fire suppression and regulation on over 2 million acres of private and 90 thousand acres of state trust land. The Arcadia District averages 170 initial attack fires per year, and includes extensive urban interface in the greater Spokane area.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
