Groundskeeper for Archstone-Smith in Redmond

Responsibilities:
Our groundskeepers/porters help create a great first impression of our upscale apartment properties for our customers. Plus, they keep our current residents happy by maintaining the grounds, pool, spa, club house, tennis courts, walkways, laundry rooms, lighting, parking lots, etc.
If you are friendly, energetic and hard-working, you may be a great fit for this role! A janitorial or landscaping background is helpful too.
