We are an organic, Seattle-based garden maintenance and construction company serving the King Co. area, primarily within the Seattle city limits.

Qualifications for entry level v. experienced positions vary. Full-time and part-time positions available. Even with full time you will always have Fridays off. Year-round employment. Other benefits are available and depend on your position and length of employment.
• Experienced gardeners applying for a small team-lead position (2-4 people) must have a minimum of 1 solid year’s experience maintaining gardens in the Pacific NW. Pay can range from $13.50 to $15.50. More experience is an advantage and may pay above this scale depending upon your experience in construction or project management.
• Entry level must have a minimum 6 months in a related labor position, professional mowing, or something similar. Pay can range from $10.50 and up. We are a fun and flexible company where you will have the opportunity and support to advance your career in horticulture as quickly as your motivation will take you.
