Job description:
Northwest Horticulture LLC is a leading national supplier of plugs and liners to perennial, rose, groundcover and grass growers. We have an immediate opening for a customer service/in-house sales manager to lead all grower order processes with our customer service team in our Eastern Washington facility. This position requires a committed individual with 2-5 years of experience in the industry in sales, customer service or related areas. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of the industry distribution structure, experiences in sales to medium and large growers and proven supervisory talents. Knowledge of the perennial, rose, groundcover and grass sector of the industry would be very beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:
• Overall Management of the Order Process and Broker Communication
• Direct Key Account CS Management to include direct customer communication
• CS-Logistics Interface on all issues/critical coordination
• Management of Tag Program administered through the tag supplier
• Management of inventory changes impacting orders
• Team with IT and Sales Management to provide metrics of orders processed and CS performance

This requires a mature person ready to handle the responsibilities of a CS team and Sales support, in a dynamic growth company with high standards for customer service.

A degree in horticulture or sales and marketing is strongly preferred.
