The University of Washington Botanic Gardens-Washington Park Arboretum, is seeking a qualified Arborist (Gardener Lead) for a full-time position. The Washington Park Arboretum is designated as the State Arboretum and contains one of the premier tree and shrub collections in the US. It is internationally known for its Acer, Quercus, conifers, Sorbus, Ilex, and Magnolia holdings. The arborist’s primary responsibility is leading and implementing the Tree Care Program, which includes all aspects of arboriculture.
