Wurdeman Landscaping is a high quality landscape maintenance provider. We provide landscape maintenance services to a group of regular clients on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis. We also take selected pruning, clean-up & renovation jobs. We serve both residential & commercial clients.
The team member position will include performing landscape maintenance & project activities as a member of a team as well as individually. The activities will include pruning, weeding & raking, hedge trimming, mowing edging & blowing, planting, wall & patio construction, other miscellaneous activities. Because the hired candidate will be driving a company vehicle when working individually, a valid drivers license & a reasonable driving record are requirements for this position.
Customer service & attention to detail are very important to our clients & to our organization. The ideal candidate will have landscape maintenance experience, pruning experience, have knowledge of northwest plants, have familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and be able to lift 50 lbs. The ideal candidate will also have good time management skills. When working individually, the hired candidate must be able to arrive at a job, perform the job, clean up & leave the account in finished condition depending on its requirements.
Our work schedule is Monday -Friday, we can accommodate vacation time. Benefit program will be offered at 3 months of employment. Advancement opportunities & regular evaluations for raises. This is a full time, year round position.
