This is a permanent, full time, year round position. Benefits include paid medical and dental ins., paid vacations, sick leave and holidays, and 401k. Uniform shirts, outerwear, rain gear, gloves and hand tools provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 Years landscape experience.
-Valid Washington State drivers license with clean record.
-Basic knowledge of plant care, pruning ornamental trees and shrubs, and plant I.D.
-Fluency in verbal and written English, Spanish language helpful but not required.
-Availability for over time. -3 references. -Smoke free work environment.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Crew Leader is responsible for Crew, Time and Task management and the completion of the daily route.Crew leader must learn the preferences and nuances of each individual client and property.
