Top residential design/build landscape firm is seeking qualified applicants to be a Lead Person on our construction crew. Candidates should have 2+ years experience in all phases of landscape installation including hardscape, soil preparation and planting. Strong communication/supervision skills, ability to read plans and a willingness to learn also required. Valid DL and clean driving record required. Bilingual and plant knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities will include: assisting crew foreman with supervision and training of construction crew, assuming a leadership role in the absence of the foreman, working as part of a team.
Salary DOE. This is a FT position offering benefits including heath insurance, direct deposit and paid time off.
