POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the ordering, scheduling, and installation of the seasonal color on contracted accounts.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a valid Washington State Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to perform the planting of the seasonal color
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Knowledge of plant material and design layout
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of professional landscape annual/flower experience
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Leadership skills to lead crew
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Strong work ethic
• Responsive with positive attitude and initiative, team oriented and a strong role model
