T&L Nursery is a fast paced wholesale nursery specializing in high quality container plants and we are looking for a positive and energetic person for our front office. General duties include answering phone, assisting walk in customers, in house sales. Successful applicants must have 2 years of industry experience and be computer literate, have good plant identification and organizational skills.
Education and Experience Requirements 2 years horticultural experience absolutely required; Education: College degree recommended; previous office experience a must Qualifications; Ability to relate well to the public, in person and on the telephone. flexible, resourceful, dependable, well-organized, friendly, emotionally mature and professional. Able to work effectively on multiple projects, balance and prioritize multiple requests. Effective office (clerical / secretarial), time management, and organizational skills. Computer literate General plant knowledge and identification
Principal Duties and Responsibilities; Greet and assist walk in customer Invoice walk in wholesale customers Build and maintain long term relationships with customers Answer telephones, respond to availability inquiries shifts: Monday - Saturday
