Located southwest of Portland, Oregon, Loen Nursery offers extensive inventory, including specimens, hard-to-find items, traditional and contemporary favorites. The company is a one-stop-shopping destination featuring broadleaf and deciduous shrubs, conifers, evergreen azaleas, ferns, flowering trees, fruit trees, grasses, ground covers, Japanese Maples, perennials, rhododendrons, roses, shade trees, specimen boxed material and vines. The company also offers full landscaping quotes, brokerage services and contract growing, as well as delivery and shipping arrangements.
Independent Sales Representative:
You will professionally manage customer base within a territory, building strong relationships with existing and new customers. Attain sales goals by implementing programs and meeting individual customer needs (i.e. placement of orders, on-site meetings, trade shows, and timely and effective communication with accounts). Provide accurate information in a timely fashion to In-house Sales/Customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction. We’ll support you with Color catalogs, Website, CD- Power point tours of our nursery and product, business cards, order forms and Professional, In-house, sales and customer service support The right candidate will be self-motivated with strong aptitude and attitude toward selling. 2 - 4 years of sales experience in nursery/landscape or industry related field, organizational skills, office equipment and computer skills (Excel & MS Office) required. Horticulture Degree or State cert. preferred. Sales experience required with background having sold nursery products in your geographic area.
