Work Schedule:
M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime available during spring and fall)
Hours per Week: 40
*Wage/Salary: $12-14/hr - wage increase once obtain WA Pesticide Operators License.

*Job Description:
In Harmony offers a complete organic based lawn and plant health care program to clients in Seattle and the east side. Our services concentrate on educating clients and providing quality landscapes without the use of harmful products. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in the identification and care of landscape plants of the Pacific Northwest. Particular attention to detail is required for observation and identification of pest and disease problems.
Position Duties
•Assist in the care and development of trees, ornamental plants and lawns.
•Monitor, diagnose and treat insect, disease, physiological and cultural conditions.
•Select most appropriate product or treatment to be utilized for these problems.
•Provide comprehensive and thorough information to create and ideal environment of optimum health of landscapes.
•Interact with clients in a professional manner and maintain excellent customer relations. •Maintain daily records of clients and entry of daily work in Real Green Systems database.
•Keep work truck neat and orderly on a daily basis
*Qualifications Required:
Position Requirements
•Ability to obtain Washington State Pesticide Operators License within first two weeks of hire. •Excellent driving record and Washington State Driver’s License
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds..
•Must be able to work independently and be self-directed.
•Must have a positive "CAN DO" attitude.
Qualifications Preferred:
Knowledge of NW plants and lawn care desired.
