Commercial Wholesale Representative
The Commercial Desk at Molbak’s serves a variety of Wholesale customers, and is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills to support this very important part of our business. In this fast-paced job, the ability to work on your feet all day, lifting, bending and walking is required. Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Word and Excel are key, and some cashiering experience is preferred.
Status: Regular part-time, Monday through Friday, with varying schedules based on the season

Delivery Driver
Our Drivers are primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of our products to our customers. But this job is so much more than just the delivery of product – it also requires delivering world class customer service, whether it’s to a residential, commercial or “internal” customers. This is also a very physically demanding job, requiring the ability to load, unload, lift and move heavy freight. The ability to read a Thomas Guide and a general knowledge of Puget Sound transportation routes are also key to success in this position. A Commercial Driver’s License is not required but preferred.
Status: Regular Full-Time, Tuesday through Saturday, some weekend shifts may be required.

Everlasting Lead Designer
Molbak’s Everlasting Floral Department offers unique and innovative designs that are unparalleled in our market. The Lead Designer is responsible for developing prototype designs for retail as well as custom designs for our clients. The Lead is also responsible for helping to prioritize and carry out daily departmental tasks, including merchandising and sales. Successful candidates will have a solid background in floral design (including fresh as well as everlasting) and a strong commitment to product and service excellence.
Status: Regular Full-Time, some weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Garden Designer
Our Custom Design Services department has a great opportunity for a talented Garden Designer. Someone with proven success in garden design, sound horticultural knowledge, and experience planting containers (indoor and outdoor) will have the ability to truly impact the business in significant ways. Whether it’s producing container prototypes for retail in the store, working with customers on special orders, designing and installing large projects (indoor and outdoor containers as well as gardens), or designing display garden areas, this role requires both independent initiative to get things done and a strong sense of teamwork. The position requires at least one year of related design experience, some horticultural training and retail experience. Other requirements include the ability to draw garden designs and/or to create computerized designs, as well as proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Status: Regular Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Garden Store Cashiers
Our Cashiers are the key to providing world-class customer service here at Molbak’s, and they have more interaction with our customers than almost any other job in the company. Last impressions last a lifetime, and our Cashiers do a great job of making sure customers leave satisfied with their experience, and with everything they came to buy and more! Previous cashiering experience is preferred, but the ability to learn quickly and to work standing, lifting and bending over the course of an eight hour shift are required.
Status: Seasonal part-time, including some weekend and evening shifts

Home & Gift Sales Associate
This is a great job for a “high-energy” person, helping customers find the perfect gift, select beautiful accessories for their homes, and choose among hundreds of other unique and everyday products. Our Sales Associates are also responsible for keeping the department well stocked and merchandised, as well as making sure it is clean and presentable. This is fast paced, “on your feet” job that requires the ability to work hard and deliver excellent service.
Status: Seasonal Part-Time positions, including weekend and some evening shifts

Processor/Pricer
Our Processors in Receiving are responsible for processing and pricing a wide range of holiday merchandise, including unpacking, counting, pricing and repacking received product. Attention to detail is key, as the Processors also verify item counts while ticketing merchandise in order to report any discrepancies to the Processing Coordinator. Strong organizational skills are also important as Processors then stage ticketed product into seasonal themes for stocking on the selling floor. This is a great job for those who enjoy working in a team environment and who are able to repeatedly lift and move up to 45 pounds.
Status: Seasonal Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Receptionist
Molbak’s Receptionists provide outstanding customer service to our “remote” customers by cheerfully and professionally fielding customer and business telephone calls on a multi-line system. This job also includes greeting and directing visitors and customers, as well as other general administrative tasks. This is a job full of variety and competing demands, and is ideal for someone who is a detail oriented “people person”.
Status: Seasonal Part-Time Tuesday through Saturday

Visual Merchandiser
The Visual Merchandiser at Molbak’s is responsible for creating and building our fabulous displays in the retail store. Our displays are famous for their beauty and excitement, combining the art of storytelling with inspiring solutions for our customers. This is a hands on job, that requires both an eye for design as well as the ability to work hard to bring those designs to life. Experience with Visual Merchandising in a related retail setting is required, as is the ability to work standing, lifting, walking and bending over the course of a full 8 hour day.
Status: Regular Full-Time, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays may be required seasonally
