Our successful organic landscape care program is expanding and we are looking for a career-minded individual to play a diversified, hands-on role in its continued growth. We provide annual organic programs using safe disease & pest sprays, soil amendments, fertilizers and more. We rejuvenate depleted lawns and gardens to health and vitality. We work pro-actively with our clients to educate, assist and to provide them our expertise and care.This position suits an outgoing, organized individual who has a background in landscaping, disease and plant knowledge, a technical mind and/or spray technician experience, experience with or the desire to learn organic methods for garden care and fluency in customer contact & education.

Your work may involve:

project planning, scheduling and set up
customer contact & follow-up
education
running trucks & equipment
working with our custom soils, our organic products and methods
quality control & testing
garden analysis and problem solving
absolutely, unequivocally, hands-on make-it-happen days

To work with us you must:

have great HANDS-ON skills in horticulture
have had several years experience working with gardens, soils, plants, pests & diseases
be mature and articulate
love involvement in the understanding of organics and our methods
be in solid physical condition and health
have a valid drivers license with a good driving record
have experience driving larger trucks
have experience with spray equipment
