POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Lead Landscape Gardener
$15-$17/hour, great benefits, great projects
We seek a courteous, competent, communicative, and organized individual who will take the role of leading a
landscape maintenance team of 2 people in the high quality care of our residential landscape projects.
Eligible candidates for the position must possess the following:
• Degree from a Horticultural/Maintenance program. ORGANIC maintenance experience a plus
• Min. three to five years experience maintaining landscapes in the Puget Sound region
• Min. two years experience leading a landscape maint. crew on private residential projects
• Valid WA drivers license
• Excellent knowledge of native and ornamental plants, current horticultural practices, and irrigation
operation and maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and grow with our company
The job duties for the position include:
• Defining tool and material needs for crew
• Day to day maintenance of residential landscape projects of various scales – all types of labor
• Facilitating maintenance of equipment
• Collaboration with Landscape Architects & construction team regarding the intended aesthetic
appearance of each project and corresponding approach to maintenance
• Active involvement in the ongoing personal and professional development of themselves and
maintenance crew personnel

• Experience maintaining landscapes in the Puget Sound region
• Communicative individual with willingness to learn and grow with our company
