Responsibilities
Perform all duties associated with grounds maintenance. Responsible for keeping the campus in safe condition during snow or stormy weather. Operates small and large sized power equipment as needed.

Qualifications
3-5 years experience in grounds/landscaping industry. Knowledge of mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, debris clean-up, and fertilizer/pesticide application. Ability to operate various landscaping equipment and tools, lift 50 lbs, and work outdoors in adverse weather conditions. High school diploma or GED and WA state drivers license required. Certified Pesticide Applicator License desirable.
