We are a small but growing landscape design and construction company based on the eastside. We are looking for a designer/project manager who is talented, hard working and willing to grow with our company. This would be a salary + commission position.
The candidate must possess the following:
Self motivated, well organized and be willing to go that extra step to produce quality projects
Have a great attitude, willing to take constructive criticism and also have leadership skills.
Advanced knowledge in general construction, site layout, drainage and grading.
Knowledge in irrigation, masonry and horticulture.
Ability to create a design, job costing and sales. (Examples of designs and completed contracts must be provided at interview).
Must be able to handle all aspects of the project from concept to completion.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, water features, low voltage lighting and deck construction.
Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Be able to pass pre-hire and random drug testing.
Our ideal candidate will also be bilingual, but that is not required.
