Landscaping Project Manager - $DOE

We currently have a full time position available in our Kent Office for a Project Manager who will manage large-scale commercial site development projects from inception through completion.

Position Description
Project Managers are also responsible for:
o Working with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule, and with a high standard of quality.
o Managing cost reports, analyzing budget variances, and recommending strategies to lower project costs; reviewing labor quantities and phases to facilitate accurate project tracking.
o Ensuring timely and accurate monthly job billings.
o Assisting in the preparation of change orders and coordinating receivables and collections with office administrative management team.
o Serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to customer on project installation issues.

Position Requirements Requirements:
o Bachelors degree in Project Management or a Landscape related field, or experience in Landscape Project Management.
o Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
o Minimum of 2 years experience in construction or landscape industry.
o Strong work ethic. o Effective oral and written communication skills.
o Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment.
o Customer service experience.
o Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
