PT Office Admin/Manager - $DOE

NW Bloom

Seeking office manager for a landscape design/build/maintenance firm in Mill Creek. Position will be 25 hours a week on average with potential for growth for the right person. Small office environment with diverse tasks and flexible hours!

Duties will include: general bookkeeping (quickbooks), assistance to owner and project manager, material procurement, scheduling, file organization, preparing letters and invoices, marketing projects and more.

Requirements:
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to multi-task and have good time management
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and be organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications (mostly word and excel)
• Must have proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Requires 2 years administrative experience, or equivalent Horticulture/gardening, organics or green building knowledge a plus!
