*Job Description:
The job duties for the position include: • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Day to day maintenance of residential landscape projects of various scales – all types of labor • No mowing! • Help maintenance of equipment and vehicles • Collaboration with office staff, managers, landscape designers & construction team regarding each project • Active involvement in the ongoing personal and professional development of themselves and maintenance crew personnel
*Qualifications Required:
Eligible candidates for the position must possess the following: • Min. two years experience maintaining landscapes in the Puget Sound region • Valid WA drivers license • Excellent knowledge of native and ornamental plants and weeds and of current organic horticultural practices. • Willingness to share knowledge, to learn from others’ experiences and to grow with our company • A Plus: Degree from a Horticultural/Maintenance program, active involvement in the green industry
