*Job Description:
We are a group of talented landscape designers, construction professionals, and maintenance specialists with a passion for creating beautiful residential landscapes. We have won several awards and have a reputation for leading the industry in eco friendly gardens. We seek a communicative and organized individual who will passionately lead our organic-based landscape maintenance team in the high quality care of our residential landscapes. No mowing involved.
*Qualifications Required:
Eligible candidates for the position must possess the following: - Passion - Min. three years experience maintaining landscapes in the Puget Sound region - Min. two years experience leading a landscape maint. crew preferably on residential projects - Valid WA drivers license w/good driving record - Excellent knowledge of native and ornamental plants and weeds, of current horticultural practices and of industry resources. - Customer service and personnel mgt. experience - A Plus: Degree from a Horticultural/Maintenance program, active industry involvement - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
The job duties for the position include:
- Scheduling/routing, - Team and resource mgt, - Equipment/materials procurement and maintenance - Budgeting, - Residential maintenance – all types of labor - Collaboration with office staff, landscape designers, project managers & construction team. - Active involvement in the ongoing personal and professional development of themselves and maintenance crew personnel
