Make recommendations for ordering new materials, maintain time, pesticide control, and other related records, and prepare required reports.
Assist in the preparation and justification of annual budget information. Maintain records on all expenditures.
Perform structural pruning, pedestrian clearance pruning according to International Society of Arboricultural standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Rock Solid Landscapes provides 100% organic landscape maintenance and is seeking a full-time Lead Gardener with professional experience to join our maintenance team. We care for high-quality residential gardens and need someone who recognizes and appreciates the detail and care needed for gardens of this caliber.
This person would be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and oversight of clients’ yards, ensuring quality of care and providing direction as needed to one other gardener. The position requires prioritizing workload and time, attention to detail, problem identification and follow-through. Duties include, but are not limited to: detailed hand weeding, planting and transplanting, shrub and tree pruning including roses, mulching, deadheading/cutting back of seasonal foliage, and perennial care.

Horticultural training or education preferred.
