Project Manager - $12-20/hr

We need a project manager, or a guy that wants to learn, and turn into a project manager.
$12-$20/hour starting (Depending on what you can do)

You:
  • You have to be Honest.
  • Gotta be able to do what it takes too. (if you aren’t honest, or don’t know what it means to ‘do what it takes’, then don’t bother reading on)
  • Good attitude, hard worker, English speaking, take initiative, HONEST (in case you overlooked that one)
  • Overtime? Don’t complain about having to work Saturdays.
  • Experience? Honestly. I don’t care.  If you are young and want to learn, I’ll turn you into a rock building machine. If you already know what you’re doing; that is awesome, and I can use you too.
  • Education? Smart is good, but you need to show it.  Act smart, I’ll catch on.
Us:
  • Small rock yard in Snohomish offering sales and installation services.
  • We sell rocks, we also build stuff out of rocks; patios, walls, water features, walkways, steps, outcroppings, dry streams, wet streams, dirt work, etc.
  •  We live by the golden rule with an unprecedented record of customer service and quality craftmanship. The company is 6 years old, and still growing.
  • We mainly promote from within.
The job:
  • We need someone who can run the installation end of things.
  • Sales, scheduling, order material, make  it done right, happy customer, good leader, happy employees, collect payment, we’re all  happy.
  • You’ll drive trucks, run equipment, dig a lot, lift a lot. You get to play with rocks and dirt all day, it’s pretty fun. Oops. It started raining. Even better! Mud! I don’t care if your Mom said you can’t get wet : )This position is for someone who wants a career. It’s long term. You will be treated with respect, and you will take pride in your job.
