The purpose of this position is to maintain the gardens, landscaping, and grounds of Covenant Shores Retirement Community according to standard procedures, assuring pleasing aesthetic conditions through proper planning and care.

Requirements:
One year experience is preferred, ideally in a residential or retirement community setting. Experience with and understanding of the elderly is desirable. Current Washington State Driver's License is required. Must have ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. This position requires someone who has the ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with co-workers, supervisors, and residents, and has a demonstrated ability and desire to work well with others. This individual must be flexible, dependable, motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
