Landscape Design/Build Firm
We are small residential design and landscape maintenance company located in Issaquah, seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented landscape professional to lead maintenance crew of 3-5 people. Must be a strong leader and problem-solver, willing to take on responsibility for exceeding client expectations in weekly and monthly residential maintenance contracts.
Position Requirements:
- knowledge of irrigation systems, plant materials, stonework and water features
- experience with site management and project organization
- willingness to learn and grow within our company
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record
- horticulture/construction degree program is a plus (but not required)
Job Duties:
- management of maintenance contracts
- client communication
- monthly, weekly, and daily project planning and scheduling
- predicting and planning for equipment, supply and material needs
- maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- ongoing professional development
- collaboration with lead landscape designer and design crew to ensure maintenance meets high quality standards
