Small Ballard landscaping, design, and construction company seeks a Lead Landscaping Laborer to join its dedicated team. Position Description:
The Lead Landscaping Laborer will be responsible for all aspects of landscaping, be a team leader and have great customer service skills. Experience required in landscaping, construction, plant knowledge, and equipment/tool familiarity. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job (digging, pruning, weeding, lifting, climbing etc.) Ideally this person is passionate about working with plants and making urban landscapes beautiful and desirable places for all to enjoy.
Additional job requirements:
• Must have experience in landscaping, installations, and construction
• Familiarity with plants
• Able to read and understand landscape plans
• Strong customer service skills
• Quality care of products, equipment, and services
• Very organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Have a sense of humor and be a team player
Pay: $15-17/hour depending on experience
Full time, 35-40/week, no weekends.
