Attention to detail is what sets us apart in the apartment industry! The Groundskeeper is a valued member of our responsive maintenance and customer service team. The duties include, but are not limited to, performing daily grounds maintenance of the property including picking up and disposing of all trash, sweeping walkways, assist in preparing apartments for occupancy, performing service requests, and painting interiors and exteriors as needed, maintaining swimming pools and update logs as required by ordinance, and upholding Weidner Apartment Homes values of always being courteous and helpful to residents, prospects, vendors and associates alike. *Qualifications Required:
Qualifications • Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing. • Valid and current driver’s license. • Working knowledge of English; detail oriented, well organized. • Able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds. • Able to use appliance dolly, push/pull up to 200 pounds. • Able to work outdoors (constant) in all weather conditions.
