Office Manager - $13-15/hr

Falling Water Designs is an award winning, full-service landscape design/build firm servicing the greater Puget Sound area. We have an immediate opening for a part-time office Manager (24-32 hrs/week) to work in our new Monroe Washington office.

Learn about the landscape design/build industry from the back office perspective, while working for a fun, dynamic company with excellent benefits. This position offers room for advancement and is perfect for a self-starting, motivated individual who has a passion for landscaping/horticulture.

Requirements:
• You must have previous experience using Quickbooks in an office setting and be able to demonstrate your knowledge. Please do not apply for this position if you have no previous Quickbooks experience.
• You should be a motivated, self-starter who works well with little supervision.
• You must be willing to take on and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously in a dynamic position.
• You must have proven experience with Microsoft office software including Excel and Word, and office equipment.
• You must have strong organizational skills as demonstrated in your work history.
• You must have strong math skills and demonstrate data entry accuracy.

Duties include:
light bookkeeping including invoicing, cash receipts, payroll, bank reconciliations, monthly and quarterly tax preparation, file management, project management, human resource tasks, newsletter creation, assisting the owner with a variety of challenging projects, and supervising the office assistant.
