We are a landscape management contractor, providing landscape maintenance, enhancement, seasonal color and design/build services to commercial and residential clients. Our Enhancement Division has created a unique niche in the provision of large scale renovation services to a select group of property management firms. These projects are varied and challenging and afford the chosen recruit with an opportunity to utilize his/her knowledge & experience acquired in the field. As well, this is an excellent opportunity to continue the learning process under the tutelage of our professional staff.
CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Landscape Enhancement Estimator * This job is the foundation for a career path that leads to a Project Manager role. Do you have strong plant knowledge and design skills? Can you provide our clients with a professional landscape drawing? Are you able to take that design and estimate the costs and provide the client with a winning landscape enhancement proposal? Do you have the technical skills to work with the crew and oversee the work to its completion? Can you walk the job with the client to assure the work is done to spec?
REQUISITE SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills (Spanish fluency preferred)
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong knowledge of plant palette for Northwest landscapes
Plant selection & landscape design/graphic skills
Field experience in the following arenas: blue print reading, plant installations, paver and keystone block wall installations, soil grading, sod installations, truck & trailer use, use of landscape construction equipment
Ability to perform essential job functions
