We are a residential landscape design/build company specializing in artistically tailored and sustainably driven landscaping.
We are seeking a responsible, creative, and motivated craftsman to join our team installing and maintaining residential gardens in Seattle and the Eastside.
Qualifications must include:
-At least one year stoneworking experience (flagstone patios, pavers, dry stack wall, mortar-set and sand-set applications, etc).
-At least one year exterior carpentry experience (fences, decks, arbors, etc.)
-Dependable transportation, driver's license and good driving record
Other valuable assets we are looking for:
-Knowledge of native and edible plants, as well as common landscape plants. (maintenance, planting, pruning, etc.)
-Site layout experience and project organization
-Ability to follow orders, as well as run a project without supervision
While this position does include general labor, the majority of work will be skilled construction with opportunity for advancement. It requires problem-solving on a daily basis, ingenuity and resourcefulness on your part. Duties will include site layout, demolition, installation of patios, walls, fences, planting, maintenance, and more. We do not micromanage, so you will need to be self-motivated and self-disciplined. Non-smokers preferred.
