Wholesale Supervisor
The Wholesale Supervisor is responsible for building, growing and managing the operations of the wholesale plant department, and for developing and maintaining highly satisfactory customer relations. This position combines the key strengths of excellent business acumen, a solid knowledge of Northwest plants, and strong customer service skills. The Wholesale Supervisor reports to the General Manager of Production. Requirements include a working knowledge of wholesale functions, including sales, account management and inventory management; the ability to work well in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills and highly effectively communicate skills, both verbally and in writing.
Status: Regular Full-Time, Monday through Friday. Some weekend hours may be required.

Nursery Plants Customer Service
Solid northwest nursery plant knowledge coupled with great customer service skills are the keys to success in this role at Molbak’s. The Customer Service team member also works hand in hand with the Green Team to make sure the nursery is stocked with well cared for and great looking plants. This is a wonderful job for anyone who loves working outdoors, with plants and with people. Master Gardener or CPH preferred.
Status: Regular Part-Time, some weekend and evening shifts required

• Oversee the total landscape design, plantings and maintenance of cemetery grounds. • Hands-on in mowing grass, pruning shrubs, trimming trees and planting flowers and shrubs in the cemetery. • May also be required to do other cemetery related jobs as needed. • Will supervise other staff as needed for projects.
